Focus Enhancements has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Visual Circuits Corp. and has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Como Computer and Motion GmbH. The acquisitions expand Focus Enhancements’ digital media workflow solutions portfolio from capture, conversion, and creation to content management, storage, presentation, and distribution.
