Inter-M Americas has officially opened its new headquarters, transferring all major service, shipping, and administrative functions from its facility in Chester, PA to the West Coast. Timed to coincide with company plans to expand its presence throughout the Western Hemisphere, the move will play a major role in helping to bring a significantly larger selection of products to market with greater efficiency, while still maintaining the company’s reputation for providing high levels of service and support.
Wholly-owned by Inter-M, Ltd. of Seoul, Korea, Inter-M Americas, Inc. serves as the central hub of all North and South American activities conducted by its parent company. Inter-M, Ltd. has gained worldwide recognition for its own branded products, as well as private label manufacturing of electronics sold under other names. Included among the commercial and professional audio products currently listed within the Inter-M catalog is a broad spectrum of digital signal processing, mixing, and amplification hardware.
“We’re firmly committed to becoming a bigger company than we’ve ever been in the US,” Inter-M Americas Director of Sales Neal Marten said recently when asked to comment on the move. “We have higher visibility on the West Coast, plus we’re right on the doorstep of the ports where our inventory arrives from Korea. Bottom line, our location may have changed, but we’re still the same company offering great gear at good prices. Now we’re just going to be able to do and offer a lot more with greater speed.”
Inter-M Americas new headquarters can be contacted by calling 310-715-6152, or via fax at 310-715-6462. The national toll-free number remains the same (866-636-5795). The company’s web presence will continue to be maintained at www.inter-m.net.
