NSCA Adds to Board of Directors, Welcomes New President
NSCA appointed two new members to its board of directors at the association’s annual Member Meeting and Industry Forum during InfoComm 08.
NSCA appointed two new members to its board of directors at the association’s annual Member Meeting and Industry Forum during InfoComm 08. Dave Ferlino, president of VistaCom, and Michael Hester, managing partner of Beacon Communications, will join the Board for three-year terms.
Andy Musci, president of Altel Systems, took over as president when Nancy Emerson, vice president of Vodaci Technologies, retired from the Board in June.”Andy will continue to bring great enthusiasm and passion to the Board,” said NSCA Executive Director Chuck Wilson, in a statement. “We look forward to his leadership. At the same time, we thank Nancy and our two other retiring board members, Randy Vaughn and Rick Scharmann, for their hard work and dedication to NSCA.”
Ron Pusey, president and CEO of Communications Specialists of Virginia, moved in as vice president while Ingolf deJong, president and COO of General Communications, and Ray Bailey, president of Lone Star Communications, complete NSCA’s executive committee.
“I’m enthused about this slate of dedicated and committed people,” Musci said. “Our mission continues to be building stronger and better integrators. We’re excited to bring out new member benefits-including our new insurance program-that will enable our members to rise to the next level.
