The Chicago Latin nightclub Za Fire decided on Turbosound’s Floodlight system to “make sure a single sound system could handle both prerecorded and live sound sources.” The club chose Turbosound for the 24-bit A/D conversion found in the company’s digial crossover, according to Dan Agne of Sound Investments, the sound design and installation company that specified and installed the audio system. Components in the installation include eight TFL-760HS cabinets, four TSW-7181 2×18-inch bass enclosures, two TSW-124C subwoofers, two TFL-118 1×18-inch bass enclosures, three LMS-D6 digital loudspeaker management systems, five MC 1250 power amplifiers, two MC-650 power amplifiers and two MC-450 power amplifiers.
