The A16R 16-channel analog I/O, the latest addition to the company’s RedNet series of Dante AoIP (audio over IP) interfaces. Built in a 1U all-metal enclosure, the A16R offers 16 24-bit, 192 kHz-capable channels of A/D-D/A conversion via DB25 connections; connectors wired to AES59 specs; and two XLRs provide additional AES 3/AES 11 (digital audio/DARS) I/O. Additionally, BNC sockets provide word clock I/O and allow switchable termination; locking Neutrik etherCON connectors provide dual network connections. The unit offers a dynamic range of 119dB A-weighted, A/D and D/A, with a frequency response of 20Hz-20kHz ±0.15dB.
