Combining onboard networking, DSP and Class D amplification with state-of-the-art transducers and the innovative Differential Dispersion technology, the DD12 sets the bar for powered two-way loudspeaker systems in terms of fidelity, output capability and coverage consistency. Versatility defined, the DD12 meets a multitude of premium stand-alone and distributed installation requirements — from live sound reinforcement and AV events to theatre, ballroom, HoW and concert halls. Features include a high-specification 12in. LF drive unit and a 1in. exit compression driver housed in a compact, multi-angle enclosure. Steep-slope FIR crossover filters enable the 1in. exit HF device to outperform larger-format drivers, due to its inherently superior efficiency at extreme high frequencies. The multi-angle enclosure can be used in either vertical or horizontal orientation, including use as a stage monitor — with rotation of the HF horn accomplished by removing the screw-free grille. Comprehensive accessories support a wide variety of mounting options, including surface, ceiling, truss and pole-mount.
