Linn Ships Feature-Rich Majik Music System

Remaining committed to audiophile-grade musical performance, Linn is now shipping its latest stereo music system, Majik, comprising a CD player, Majik Kontrol preamplifier, and model 2100 power amp.
The CD player boasts technologies found in Linn’s Sondek CD12 CD player, and all three components incorporate a switch mode power supply for efficient and quiet operation.
The Kontrol preamp packs six analog stereo inputs, a phono stage for MM and MC cartridges, and an independent record path to allow for listening to a source while recording another. The preamp is compatible with Linn’s Knekt multi-room music system and has RS-232 jacks for control by a networked control system.
The Chakra 2-channel power amplifier is rated at 100W per channel into 4 ohms and 56 watts a side at 8 ohms. The components are available in silver or black.
