Designed for commercial and nightclub applications, Pioneer’s GS-WAVE speaker system consists of four stacked speakers featuring WAV-SUB, a hyperbolic folded horn design enclosure with dual 18in. LF drivers; WAV-HORN, an extension to the WAV-SUB enclosure designed to help increase output as well as control the dispersion of lower bass frequencies; WAV-LOW, a back-loaded dual upper bass speaker enclosure with two 15in. LF drivers to produce frequencies between 50Hz to 2kHz range; WAV-LENS, a speaker enclosure using twin acoustic lenses and (2in. x 2in. coaxial) horn-loaded compression drivers to produce mid and high frequencies with a wide dispersion pattern, ideal for large venues; and WAV-TWPOD, an omni-directional speaker to produce high frequencies above 5kHz.
