Led by TV One’s Jay Gonzalez, the free webinar will cover a number of issues, including:

The ongoing paradigm shift to digital continues to offer what seem to be endless opportunities in all sectors of the audiovisual industry. However, along with these opportunities come an abundance of challenges. One such challenge is in environments that comprise a mix of digital and analog (legacy) audiovisual signals of dissimilar resolution, frame rates and physical interfaces. In these environments, signal distribution, routing and processing may present a challenge to designers and integrators who would want to unrestrictedly distribute and process audiovisual signals via a centralized matrix router (i.e. house router). In this presentation, TV One will introduce CORIOMax, a new line of “intelligent”? routers/processors designed to elegantly and efficiently solve the hybrid environment conundrum.

Jay Gonzalez is the Southeast Regional Manager for TV One, currently operating from Atlanta, Georgia. Gonzalez brings over 20 years of experience in the AV and Broadcast industries. Before joining TV One, Gonzalez was Vice President of New Technology at Media Technology Solutions, LLC, an audiovisual technology think tank and innovative branded solutions provider. Additionally, Gonzalez has an impressive engineering background that was augmented during his 13-year tenure at Panasonic Broadcast & Television Systems Company, where he began his career as Senior Engineer and was promoted to National Engineering Manager.
