Irvine, CA – August 2021… MAXHUB, a premier provider of collaborative communication and interactive class delivery solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Montoya to the newly created position of Director of Sales for UC Products. In this position, Montoya will be responsible for driving sales of MAXHUB UC products, obtaining video conferencing certifications from key industry organizations, managing the company’s e-commerce business for UC products, and helping to develop new MAXHUB UC products. He started with MAXHUB in July 2021 and will be based in Irvine, CA.
Montoya brings a wealth of experience to his position at MAXHUB. Most recently, he was employed by AVer USA of Fremont, CA, where he served as Vice President Sales and Marketing USB Camera. In this capacity, he grew and expanded the company’s relationship with its channel partners using H.323 and USB/HDMI conference room cameras. He then moved to USB cameras, as he built a partnership with Zoom Video Communications, Inc. This and other partnerships with leading companies resulted in a dramatic growth in AVer’s finances. Prior to his time at AVer, Montoya held key positions with Zoom Video Communications of San Jose, CA, Lifesize Communications of Austin, TX, and GBH Communications of Glendale CA.
