Custom Channels, a technology-driven music and audio branding platform built for commercial environments, is introducing a strategic expansion of its business at InfoComm 2026 (Booth C9700, June 17–19, Las Vegas), extending its focus to large enterprise organizations and advancing its partner-first approach.
At the center of this expansion is a clear belief: the future of commercial music is defined by the strength of the partnerships that bring each installation to life.
“Delivering music without limits, across any platform and for every business, requires more than technology. It requires true partnership,” said Joe Comer, CEO of Custom Channels.
According to Comer, Custom Channels works through a growing network of specialized dealer partners who design and deliver installations, while the company provides the platform for licensed, brand-authentic music. Today, the company supports dozens of dealer partners, with new partners joining regularly.
Custom Channels is also expanding into the partner ecosystem by collaborating with Steady Brand, which will help lead the company’s growing dealer network. Focused on a dealer-centric model, Steady Brand serves AV integrators, managed service providers, and commercial technology dealers focused on delivering branded music, messaging, and media experiences across thousands of business locations. Together, the organizations are advancing partner-focused initiatives designed to support increasingly scalable, customized, and connected customer experiences for multi-location businesses and enterprise brands.
“Dealers are the engine of this industry, and they deserve a platform partner that builds with them,” said Greg Spain, Steady Brand. “Custom Channels shares our conviction that the future of branded audio and media runs through the dealer channel. Together, we are giving AV integrators, MSPs, and commercial technology dealers a stronger foundation to deliver branded experiences at scale, without forcing their customers into closed systems or single-vendor lock-in.”
At InfoComm 2026, Custom Channels is expanding the tools and resources it provides to partner dealers with the announcement of its Q-SYS Integration that allows for native integration into AV control systems; the launch of a Partner Portal that enables partner control of inventory and deployments; and the launch of its In-Store Open Media Platform that provides an open infrastructure for retail media networks (RMNs).
“These introductions signal a clear shift for the company,” explained René Arnold, Senior Director of Partnerships. “Custom Channels now delivers complete, end-to-end solutions through its groundbreaking partner-first model.
“Every customer environment is different,” Arnold emphasized. “We give our partners and dealers the platform and support they need to execute at scale. This is what end-to-end looks like in a partner-first world.”
