Atlanta, GA (InfoComm 2012) –

Digital Projection International

(DPI), an EmmyA® Award-winning manufacturer of high-performance projection systems, announces the selection of Worldwide Trading Corporation (WWT) as a distributor for DPI’s line of precision displays throughout Latin America. Working side by side with DPI’s own established dealer network, WWT will now offer DPI’s precision displays directly to their extensive network of dealers, integrators and stagers. Effective immediately, this partnership increases DPI’s market reach and product accessibility across Latin America. Additionally, DPI will now benefit from WWT contacts in key regional offices across Latin America that will facilitate sales and service requests for the company’s displays.

Founded in 2008, WWT focuses on importing and exporting high-quality audio and video solutions. WWT is based in Sao Paolo, Brazil, with branch offices in Paraguay and Miami, Florida, as well as substantial distribution centers in their Brazil and Florida offices. Through this partnership, WWT gains a capable, high performance and diverse projector line, and DPI gains a robust sales and marketing partner with expertise and resources that span a substantial geographic area.

Chuck Collins, vice president of sales for Digital Projection Inc., views this partnership as a significant event in DPI’s history. Collins elaborated, “We look forward to working with the most respected distributor in one of the fastest growing markets in the world. Latin America presents a potential for significant growth for Digital Projection International. We look forward to the strong partnerships we’ll immediately begin building throughout the region.”

Orlando Menici, purchasing manager for WWT, commented, “We are both excited and proud to now offer DPI’s precision displays. Today’s Latin America live events and entertainment market is experiencing huge growth, and DPI’s advanced projectors supply a wide variety of solutions for these applications.” Menici continued, “In our opinion, WWT and DPI will together develop many new business opportunities in those territories.”
