DiscoverVideo Revenues Grow over 50 percent in 2020
DiscoverVideo has grown tremendously in 2020. When compared to the first half of 2019, revenues have increased 57%, system shipments have increased 250%, and new customers increased 320%. The DEVOS streaming video platform currently supports more than 30% of Connecticut’s public school systems, and hundreds of K-12 school districts and higher ed institutions across the United States, as well as governments, businesses, and healthcare facilities. More than a million students have access to live streams, on-demand learning, digital signage, and more. When compared to the first half of 2019, revenues have increased 57%, system shipments have increased 250%, and new customers increased 320%.
“We have supported distance learning for school districts, broadcast all-hands company meetings, and streamed government events since 2009,” said Discover’s CEO, Rich Mavrogeanes. “The pandemic has just accelerated the adaptation of streaming non-commercial content into education and business systems.”
