FSR Employees Scoop Loyalty Service Awards
Woodland Park, NJ (October 11, 2020) — Following a long-standing tradition of recognizing and honoring its dedicated team of professionals, FSR, a leading manufacturer of a wide variety of products for the Pro AV and Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) markets, recently presented loyalty awards to many employees marking five year incremental milestones of service.
Traditionally, the annual awards are presented during the Company’s popular beefsteak dinner, however this year due to COVID-19 restrictions, FSR organized an ice-cream truck to be stationed on-site at its Bergen Blvd. and Peckman Rd. locations. Although the beefsteak dinner was missed, twenty-eight FSR team members were recognized for their longevity within the company ranging from five to thirty-five years and rewarded with an outdoor ice-cream party to comply with current health mandates.
Jan Sandri, FSR president says, “We’re incredibly fortunate to have such a loyal and talented staff. Our wonderful team is extremely dedicated, often staying with us for decades, not only years. The annual beefsteak dinner is a highlight of the FSR calendar and although we couldn’t do that this year, we were determined to make this a fun event for our employees. It’s important to us as a company to support all our workers and to let them know how important and valued they are while still safeguarding their health.”
FSR manufactures audio and video switching, control products, connectivity boxes and collaboration systems from its headquarters in Woodland Park, NJ.
