Overland Park, Kansas – MSE Audio, parent company of SoundTube Entertainment, SolidDrive, Rockustics, Soundsphere, Phase Technology and Induction Dynamics, has announced the appointment of long-time MSE Audio Director of Sales – Southern USA, James McManus, to a new position within the company. McManus is now Consultant Account Director for the commercial market; in his new position, he will be MSE’s primary liaison with acoustical and AV design firms throughout the country.
MSE Audio has also announced the appointment of AV industry veteran Michael Sipe to a sales management position. Sipe has worked at leading manufacturing companies including Allen & Heath and Telex; he has also served as a manufacturer’s representative and has held management positions at system integration and production companies. As a new Director of Sales, Sipe will manage MSE Audio’s commercial sales in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern US regions.
In addition to managing Consultant accounts, McManus remains Director of Sales for the South Central and Southwestern United States. McManus has been with MSE audio for 10 years, first working in the residential sales group and then transferring to the commercial team in 2010. He has an extensive background in professional audio, having toured nationally as a sound engineer in the 1990s; he also managed a $2.5 million sound system in a 10,000 member church in Kansas City, MO.
Both McManus and Sipe are based in MSE Audio’s Overland Park, Kansas headquarters.
