MSE Audio to Debut SoundTube’s STNet Soundbar at ISE 2020

Dante-enabled Soundbar designed for conferencing and video installations with MSE Audio’s award-winning sound quality

Overland Park, Kan. – January 20, 2020 –
MSE Audio, parent company of SoundTube Entertainment, Soundsphere, dARTS, Phase Technology, Induction Dynamics, SolidDrive and Rockustics, announces the SoundTube STNet Soundbar to enable IP-based PoE to a soundbar. The Dante Soundbar will debut at Integrated Systems Europe 2020 in stand 3-C100.

SoundTube’s Dante Soundbar is an ultra-thin 2-way Dante-enabled digital end-point solution in a soundbar configuration. Featuring a built-in amplifier and DSP, the soundbar measures only one- and one-half inches thick where the bar meet the TV. It incorporates a right and left speaker with four three-inch ultra-long throw polypropylene woofers with NBR surrounds, four bass radiators and two 0.75-inch synthetic soft dome tweeters.

“The Soundbar brings Dante connectivity from end to end in conferencing and video installations. Making the soundbar interoperable with other Dante products gives integrators additional flexibility when designing and installing audio systems,” said Ken Hecht, vice president of MSE Audio. “Built with high-quality materials, the SoundTube STNet Soundbar is a reliable, unrivaled solution for any conferencing system. We look forward to showcasing the Dante Soundbar, along with our large collection of audio solutions at ISE 2020.”

The STNet Soundbar, which measures 1.5-inches deep where it meets the TV and 6.75-inches tall, is designed to integrate seamlessly underneath 55-inch and larger monitors.  With digital signals plus power sent directly to the speakers via standard category cable, SoundTube’s STNet Soundbar is DSP managed with, time correction and EQ all done in the digital domain. And, because they are on the Dante platform, they are interoperable with a host of other products worldwide. They may be used with SoundTube’s ST-Net Switch, offering up to 40 watts PoE to each speaker, or with standard PoE or PoE+ switches.
