Salt Lake County Mayor, Bluffdale City Mayor Proclaim October 14-20, 2012 as AV Week

Underscoring the contribution of the audio-visual industry on everyday lives, Salt Lake County Mayor, Peter Corroon and Bluffdale City Mayor, Dirk Timothy, joined with Utah-based Listen Technologies Corporation and other AV industry groups including InfoComm, to officially proclaim October 14 – 20, 2012 as AV Week.

, a tour of a local venue that offers audio visual in many settings and an educational presentation at a local area school. Ms. Schaeffer is hoping to collaborate with other industry colleagues to broaden the activities of AV Week in Utah. “This is an important opportunity for us to come together and promote the AV industry,” she said. “I encourage my industry associated to join me in creating events for the community.”
