The largest contest Crossfader and SKAA have ever been a part of to date, Jessica Stanell of San Francisco, Calif. won two New Soundboks SKAA-enabled speakers, a Denon DJ Prime Go Deck, a Dillinger Labs Dani SKAA Pro transmitter, an Akiko SKAA Pro transmitter, two sets of Dillinger Labs Helix SKAA-enabled headphones, speaker stands, and audio cables.

“My boyfriend and I are DJs and we love hosting and playing for outdoor parties, and I’m shocked and super excited that I actually won!” said Stanell who has previously used SKAA in Hawaii playing music at the top of Mount Haleakala. “SKAA is a great wireless audio solution for us as it makes life easier. Now that I’ve won’t this contest, I can see myself DJing even more out in nature, and I can also definitely see myself and my boyfriend taking this rig to Burning Man and sharing more music with people.”

The contest ran from Dec. 8, 2020 through Jan. 11, 2021 in conjunction with DJ Holland. In all, more than 58,000 entries were collected spanning North America, South America, Europe, and Australia. The contest also launched the new “Dani” SKAA Pro Transmitter, which is the first SKAA Transmitter to have both SKAA and SKAA Pro transmitting capabilities engineered for the DJ community.
