15th Annual Awards Reception at CES 2024 Will Honor Six Recipients for Outstanding Industry Contributions and Service
LONGMONT, Colo. — Dec. 19, 2023 — Women in Consumer Technology (WiCT), an organization that promotes the advancement of women in the consumer technology industry, today announced the six recipients of its 2024 Legacy Awards. The annual awards program honors remarkable women who are changing the landscape of the consumer technology industry through their leadership across all sectors, including integration firms, manufacturers, and trade associations. Honorees will be recognized during the 15th annual CES networking reception on Jan. 9 at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.
“For 15 years, the WiCT Legacy Awards have recognized women who have sent the message that there is place for us in the technology industry,” said Carol Campbell, Founder of WiCT. “In fact, the astounding growth and evolution we’ve seen over this year has made it increasingly difficult to narrow down who deserves to be honored! It’s a wonderful and welcomed problem to have so many women who demonstrate the support and encouragement that makes them respected leaders. This year’s group of Legacy Award honorees have displayed incredible passion and expertise.”
