Renkus-Heinz, the industry-leading loudspeaker manufacturer, today announces its attendance at NAMM 2024 from January 25 through January 28 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA, where the company will exhibit its ICLive X Series of digitally steerable arrays powered by its all-new award-winning OmniBeam beam-steering software.
Attendees at NAMM 2024 can learn about Renkus-Heinz’s latest technologies for live music in person at booth 17811 in ACC North Hall – Level 2 or experience them in action at the Renkus-Heinz Hilton Lobby center stage, where live music will be played Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights exclusively through Renkus-Heinz ICLive X Series loudspeakers.
Renkus-Heinz team members will also be on the floor and ready to answer any questions, including CTO Ralph Heinz, Engineering Manager Chad DeFranco, Western Regional Sales Manager Garrison Parkin and Eastern Regional Sales Manager Joe Fustolo.
“At Renkus-Heinz, it’s our promise to ourselves and our customers to deliver unmatched sound experiences and product quality,” Ralph Heinz said. “OmniBeam is the fulfillment of that promise, and live music especially deserves that top quality. We’re excited to celebrate live sound and its complexities at NAMM. We welcome everyone to stop by our booth to say hello and also make their way down to the Renkus-Heinz Hilton Lobby stage to hear some great local bands on great speakers. We’re looking forward to a good time!”
OmniBeam
With OmniBeam, Renkus-Heinz is changing the perception that beam steering is knowledge and time-intensive — for niche applications only. The new algorithm is the culmination of decades of expertise in steerable technology, replacing the previous “best-fit” algorithm to now deliver unmatched sound and coverage for 100% of venues with less time and knowledge required than ever before.
The end result is custom-tailored coverage precisely dialed into the exact geometry of each space, resulting in the most consistent front-to-back audio experience possible. Equally important, OmniBeam allows integrators, regardless of their level of expertise, to achieve great results with minimal effort, every time. The all-new algorithm instantly generates ideal FIR coefficients for every unique venue, delivering faster, better and more consistent results than ever before with less time and knowledge needed.
Pairing tailored, high-quality audio with a quick, intuitive workflow, OmniBeam is the perfect solution for music and live sound applications. The uncertainty that comes with live performances requires a user-friendly, adaptable system. OmniBeam has the capability to work flawlessly with any venue, any performance and any user, guaranteeing optimal performance, show after show.
ICLive X Series
The ICLive X Series is the most versatile steerable line array on the market, ready to solve even the most challenging projects with directed, intelligible sound. As the intelligent evolution of the small-format line array, the ICLive X Series represents over 15 years of research and development of digital beam-steering technology. With the ICLive X Series, Renkus-Heinz has created a compact, high-output and high-fidelity integrated system to meet the needs of nearly any live sound environment — perfect for both portable or performance-based fixed installations.
The ICLive X has been designed from the ground up to be the single most scalable sound system ever created: each mid-sized ICLX module can stand alone or be arrayed with up to 12 units to deliver precise and predictable coverage for any venue. The complementary ICLX-118S subwoofer adds powerful low-frequency energy to any ICLive X system, and a wide range of rigging and cabling accessories help simplify integration and deployment of the ICLive X Series. With ultimate flexibility, coverage and powerful beam-steering technology, the ICLive X Series offers peak sound performance in a versatile, sleek design — something no traditional loudspeaker system can match.
