  1. DJI sues FCC over import ban
    Chinese drone company DJI has filed a suit against the FCC, following the agency’s recent decision to prohibit imports of the company’s new models, as well as imports from Autel, another Chinese manufacturer.
    DJI has since released a statement clarifying its reasons for filing suit with the FCC in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
    “It carelessly restricts DJI’s business in the U.S. and summarily denies U.S. customers access to its latest technology,” said DJI. DJI happens to be the world’s largest drone manufacturer.
  2. Panasonic hands its TV business over to Skyworth
    Only a month after Sony announced it was handing the reigns of its TV and home entertainment business over to TCL, Panasonic has revealed that it will be giving China’s Skyworth control over its TV division. According to Panasonic, Skyworth will be responsible for the production and marketing of Panasonic TVs.
    “Under the agreement the new partner will lead sales, marketing and logistics across the region, while Panasonic provide expertise and quality assurance to uphold its renowned audiovisual standards with full joint development on Top End OLED models,” Panasonic announced at its 2026 launch event.
  3. Logitech debuts Rally AI Camera and Rally AI Camera Pro for videoconferencing
    Logitech has unveiled its new Rally AI Camera and Rally AI Camera Pro conference cameras that feature AI-powered video control capabilities. Both models are designed for large spaces, with Logitech calling the Rally AI Camera Pro its “most intelligent camera yet.”
    The new models build upon Logitech’s Rally Camera and integrate AI features found in the company’s larger devices. The cameras can be mounted on the ceiling, TV display, on the wall, or within the wall itself. Logitech positions the Rally AI Camera and Rally AI Camera Pro as ideal for boardrooms, town hall spaces, and classrooms.

    Samsung Electronics America has announced a partnership with the Georgia Theatre Company and its channel partner, GDC Technology America, to deliver an enhanced moviegoing experience at Trilith Cinemas in Fayetteville, Georgia. Trilith Cinemas is the first U.S. theater to feature the latest Samsung Onyx (ICD model) cinema LED screen, combining advanced display technology and immersive large-format auditoriums to create a next-generation destination for film entertainment.
    At Trilith Cinemas, five auditoriums showcase Samsung Onyx screens in multiple formats, ranging from 5-meter (16-foot) and 6.4-meter (21- foot) displays to a 14-meter (46-foot) screen designed for large-scale, epic presentations.

    A new everyday carry tool has hit the market in the form of the CRKT ToGo Driver. Designed by John Wu and commissioned by Columbia River Knife Tool (CRKT), the 3.5- inch aluminum tool houses seven magnetic driver tips, along with a 4mm Micro Adapter.
    The ToGo Driver includes T6, T8, T10, T15, and T20 Torx bits, as well as a Philips head bit. To make up for its diminutive size, the driver is built with an integrated ball-bearing spinner ensure smooth turns and give the user better torque. Other tools on the market may provide greater turning power or more accessories, but it’s hard to compete with the convenience of the ToGo Driver’s size and weight.
