JLG and Riwal enter joint venture

JLG Industries has entered into a joint venture agreement for the operationof RiRent Europe, an equipment operation developed to service rentalcompanies throughout Europe. The partners of the venture are affiliates ofthe Riwal organization. The agreement focuses on providing services torental companies through the JLG account management network across Europewith the exception of England, Scotland and Wales. This venture is anindependent entity from the Riwal organization.
