Kramer Appoints New RSM
Kramer Electronics appointed David Goldsmith as the Midwest regional sales manager for Sierra Video.
“David has a long history of sales accomplishments in the dealer channel with both broadcast and pro AV products and we are very fortunate to find someone with as much experience as David,” said Dave Bright, president of Kramer Electronics USA, in a statement. “With his knowledge, experience, and proven track record of developing excellent customer relationships, he will be a key addition to the Kramer family.” Goldsmith began his career has the director of television and media services at a teaching hospital. After five years, he moved into a sales manager position at the dealer level, focusing on developing customer relationships with broadcast, production, corporate, and educational customers. He started his own dealership five years later, and after 10 years of success implemented the system integration division of his company. He then moved to the manufacturing side of the industry when he managed QuStream’s Midwest region for two years.
Kramer Electronics, a supplier of signal management products, appointed David Goldsmith as the Midwest regional sales manager for Sierra Video. Goldsmith has an extensive background in AV and broadcast sales. He will work with dealers in the company’s Midwest region as their main Sierra Video contact, as well as develop new opportunities in current and new applications and markets.
