Features for employers include job posting packages (customizable with logos, corporate colors, and bold listing options), resume search packages, and membership packages (including unlimited job postings, unlimited resume search access, and an upgrade to a Featured Employer listing). Employers also have their jobs emailed to jobseekers via the “Job Scout” email system, which emails jobs based on criteria set by each job seeker.
For those employers that upgrade to a membership package, the Featured Employer listing also includes a link to all of the employer’s jobs listed on the “My Profile” page of every user, which is viewed with each login.
