The display offers special features such as built-in power management and automation, full HD 1080p resolution, and a 178-degree viewing angle, as well as resistance to image quality degradation and automatic ambient backlight control. The m70L is the company’s only monitor of its size designed specifically for long-term, year-round operation. With an MSRP of $30,000, its 600-nit brightness and HD-SDI connectivity are intended to create more realistic and lifelike images. Planar will unveil the new display at Integrated Systems Europe in Amsterdam, Jan. 29-31.
