Shure Incorporated and Handi Systems sign agreement

Shure Incorporated, a manufacturer of microphones and audio electronics, and Handi Systems, Inc., a mobile computing software/hardware company, recently announced that the two companies have entered into an agreement in which Handi Systems will create a software program allowing remote control of Shure’s DFR11EQ digital equalizer/feedback reducer using a Palm Organizer. The Handi Systems and Shure solution, called HANDIQ.DFR11, will extend the reach of sound control, equalization, feedback reduction, and sound effects to handheld devices using the Palm Computing platform.
