Sony and IBM have agreed to co-market the media asset management system tothe broadcast and production marketplace. Under the agreement, IBM offersits media asset management framework, including consulting and systemintegration services and a variety of software and software applications.Sony also offers system integration and consulting, as well as PetaSitemass storage library, DTF tape drive, MPEG2 encoding/decoding devices, A-Vproduction servers and transmission servers.
