Cisco partners with Bang & Olufsen for Webex-optimized earbuds

The Bang & Olufsen Cisco 950 earbuds are manageable in Cisco's Control Hub, and optimized for Webex.

In an effort to enhance the hybrid work experience, Cisco has announced the upcoming release of Webex-optimized earbuds, in partnership with Bang & Olufsen.

The Bang & Olufsen Cisco 950 is optimized for Webex and pairs with other Cisco collaboration devices, with call controls and prioritization for calling and meetings. Perhaps most importantly, the earbuds are developed with security in mind. As such, they are fully manageable in Cisco’s Control Hub platform. According to Cisco, this means ” IT admins can easily maintain and securely update the device in Webex’s Control Hub” for added security.

In addition to Webex optimization and security features, the Bang & Olufsen Cisco 950 feature high-fidelity audio, Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation, in-ear voice notifications, on-ear controls, Bluetooth 5.2, and 5 hours of ANC talk time.

The Bang & Olufsen Cisco 950 is slated to become available for order later this month.
