AVI-SPL, a global integrator of pro AV, video conferencing and telepresence systems, was recently awarded a two-year contract to supply AV services for the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA) selected AVI-SPL to function as a one-stop-shop for AV solutions with Virginia’s public organizations, company officials said. AVI-SPL will provide catalogs that feature a full range of AV products and services including installation, configuration design services, warranty and maintenance services, and repair.

“AVI-SPL is thrilled to support Virginia’s state agencies with their audio visual needs,” said AVI-SPL’s Mid-Atlantic sales manager David Wrigley, in a statement. “In addition to state agencies that have access to the contract, we’re also looking forward to assisting the state’s higher education and K-12 facilities.

AVI-SPL has multiple office locations in Virginia, in addition to a dedicated education sales team. Virginia public agencies can contact AVI-SPL about their services by email at vitasales@avispl.com.

VITA is the Virginia’s consolidated information technology organization. VITA provides technology solutions to support customers and address their business needs. VITA’s services can be thought of as the information technology utility that supports specific agency requirements as they endeavor to deliver citizen services. While the agency works directly with citizens, VITA works with the agency as a behind-the-scenes service provider.
