Atlona(R) High-Speed HDMI(R) 4×4 Matrix Switcher (AT-PRO3HD44M)
A CEDIA 2012 “Best New Product Finalist” featuring the latest HDBaseT(TM) technology, the Atlona(R) AT-PRO3HD44M 4×4 HDMI(R) matrix switcher extends HDMI from sources up to 230 feet over Cat 6a cables at 1080p and 1920×1200, or 197 feet with Cat 5e/6 cables. The unit allows for effortless control of up to eight devices through IR remote control, RS-232, third-party IR control boxes, and the front panel.
The AT-PRO3HD44M has built-in digital audio S/PDIF loop-outs that allow audio distribution to an AVR or amplifier. S/PDIF output supports PCM two-channel, Dolby(R) 2.0, Dolby Digital 5.1, and DTS 5.1 digital audio formats. To ensure that all audio passes through, the 4×4 matrix switcher supports all lossy and lossless formats up to Dolby True HD — including DTS HD Master Audio pass-through for HDMI outputs — as well as 3D signals.
Programmable, learned EDID memory presets are loadable to any source connected to the matrix switcher, ensuring that any display can receive audio and video.
The AT-PRO3HD44M will be available in September 2012.

HDMI(R) Extender over Cat 5e/6/7 (AT-PRO3HDREC)
In combination with the Atlona(R) AT-PRO3HD44M 4×4 HDMI(R) matrix switcher, the AT-PRO3HDREC extends HDMI sources, along with IR and RS-232, up to 230 feet over Cat 6a cable. This unit allows pass-through support of up to 1080p or 1920×1200, along with 3D signals, two-channel and multichannel audio, bidirectional RS-232, and IR signals. This receiver utilizes PoE technology, which enables users to send power directly from the main switch.
Atlona(R) HDMI(R) to HDMI Matrix Switchers
By providing EDID management within the devices, Atlona’s new HDMI(R) to HDMI matrix switchers (AT-H2H-44M and AT-H2H-88M) allow users to distribute signals to up to eight displays while still managing the EDID handshake. With the capability to provide full 3D and ARC support, the units utilize the latest HDMI specifications and have a unique audio de-embedding feature, which allows users to separate the audio from the HDMI using a standard SPDIF connection. In addition to USB ports for firmware, the switchers’ TCP/IP features will be activated in future firmware updates.
Atlona(R) HDBaseT(TM) Splitters (AT-HDCAT-4, AT-HDCAT-8, and AT-HDCAT-8ED)
Atlona(R) will be displaying its new HDBaseT(TM) splitter over Cat cables for users that want to display a single source to multiple displays over a long distance. The AT-HDCAT-4 and -8 carry signals up to 230 feet. With the AT-HDCAT-8ED, users can add up to an additional 100 feet for a total distance of up to 330 feet.
All units feature two HDMI inputs, SPDIF and analog loop-out with captive screw, EDID management, PoE, wall mount and rack brackets, HDMI loop-outs, as well as dual (redundant) power supplies.
HDMI(R) Extender Kits over Cat 5e/6/7:
Atlona(R) HDMI(R) extender kits feature traditional TX/RX box designs; achieve distances of up to 230 feet over Cat 6a cables and up to 200 feet with Cat 5e and 6; USB update ports; resolutions to 4Kx2K; and PoE for the receiver and CEC pass-through. At CEDIA EXPO 2012, Atlona will highlight the AT-HDTX/AT-HDRS kit, which offers a captive screw termination for power on the transmit balun.
The AT-HDTX-IR/AT-HDRX-IR add bidirectional IR and a captive screw termination for IR and power on the transmit balun, and PoE for the receiver and captive screw for IR on the RX balun. The AT-HDTX-RSNET/AT-HDRX-RSNET offer bidirectional IR, RS-232, and Ethernet pass-through; a captive screw termination for IR, RS-232, and power on the transmit balun; PoE or the receiver, captive screw for IR/RS-232 on the RX balun; and can provide a range of 330 feet.
The AT-HDWP and AT-HDWP-UK HDMI wall plate extender kits carry the same features and are available in a variety of wall-plate form factors for the USA Decora and U.K. applications. The new Atlona wall-plate extenders are the perfect custom-fit solutions for transmitting digital signals in residential or commercial applications.
