Hitachi Kokusai to Showcase Latest HD Studio and Production Cameras at InfoComm 2012

The company will display its keys offerings, including the new SK-HD1200 portable HDTV studio and EFP camera and the Z-HD5000 HDTV production camera within Hitachi America’s booth (C5425).

The SK-HD1200 features three 2.3 million pixel 1080/60p Ultra-Advanced CCDs, 3Gbps HD-SDI signal handling from end-to-end, and has the capability to switch between progressive and interlaced signal processing, transport and outputs. The camera system simplifies and lowers cost with its ability to use an optical routing system to connect multiple camera heads to any number of CCUs.

HDTV camera, Hitachi’s most economical, high-performance, multi-function Studio and Field production camera. The first HDTV model camera in the company’s popular, affordable Z Series product line, the two-piece dockable Z-HD5000 camera offers the flexibility needed for multipurpose

applications including studio, field and mobile video production. Offering high light sensitivity coupled with low vertical smear, the Z”HD5000’s three 2/3” inch native 1080i CCD sensors produce 850 TVL of resolution, F10@2000 Lux, and HD Signal to Noise (SNR) level of 58db for a sharp, clean HD picture.
