firm Advanced Broadcast Solutions (ABS) today announced Jeff Baggett has joined the company as chief operating officer, effective Sept. 30.
Baggett had a 30-year career with Intel Corporation, where he served most recently as an
operations manager. He specializes in policies and procedures, and is tasked with streamlining company operations in support of ABS sales personnel.
“At ABS, we want to exceed customer expectations, and that starts with having an infrastructure in place to deliver consistent results,” Baggett said. “From equipment sales to engineering projects, we will keep our customers well informed through every step of the process.”
Baggett is part of the company’s executive management team, which includes ABS president Mark Siegel and executive vice president and general manager Arco Groenenberg. “Jeff is here to improve consistency and efficiency in our in-house procedures,” explained Siegel. “That organization and support will lead to improved customer service and help position us for continued growth.”
