Matrox Releases Support for Telestream Wirecast Live Streaming Production Software Across Entire Line of Matrox MXO2 Capture Devices

MONTREAL — Matrox today announced the release of support for Telestream Wirecast 4.2.2 for Windows across the entire line of MatroxA® MXO2â„¢ capture devices and the Mojito MAXâ„¢ I/O card. Matrox MXO2 devices are the ideal portable

capture and ISO recording solutions for streaming

live events from wherever they are happening. Their convenient form factors let users stream from anywhere there is an internet connection – in studio, on set, in the field, and in OB vans. Matrox MXO2 devices and the Matrox Mojito MAX card not only send a video feed to Wirecast for streaming, they simultaneously create a high-quality ISO recording of the original video and audio feed on disk – ready for post-event editing.

Price and availability

Matrox MXO2 devices are priced starting at $449 US (A£338, €382) not including local taxes and delivery. Matrox Mojito MAX is priced at $995 US (A£749, €799). Matrox products are available through a worldwide network of authorized dealers. Support for Wirecast 4.2.2 for Windows is part of Matrox driver release 7.2 which is available to registered users as a free download from the Matrox website.
