Media Links Expands in Spain with New Partner, Broadcast Meditel

Media Links, manufacturer and pioneer in Media over IP transport technology, has signed a reseller agreement with Spain’s audio-visual specialist and equipment dealer, Broadcast Meditel S.A.

Headquartered in Madrid, Meditel has been providing purpose-built solutions and services to customers in the Spanish and surrounding regions with a 35-year sales and engineering track record. Meditel will offer Media Links’ full range of media over IP transport solutions to broadcasters and network providers in the Spanish market. This includes Media Links’ award-nominated Xscend® IP media platform that launched globally in 2023, the MDP3020™ series of IP media gateways along with the company’s line of MDX IP switches and ProMD EMS network management software.

Through this exclusive partnership Media Links and Meditel will work closely with leading Broadcasters, Systems Integrators, and Production Houses in Spain to ensure that they can efficiently and cost-effectively transition their infrastructure and operations from legacy video, audio, and data formats to IP media.
