SHAKOPEE, Minn. — May 22, 2012 — Pro Control, a division of Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI), today announced that the company’s highly anticipated ProPanel app for the iPad(R), iPhone(R), and iPod Touch(R) is available now. For end users, the ProPanel app features, such as two-way feedback, provide convenient, powerful control over any Pro Control system with a ProLink.z control processor. For dealers, the app simplifies setup with an auto-programming feature, while still allowing for the easy creation of a completely customized user interface via Pro Control Studio(R) software.
In a sea of control apps, ProPanel enhances the control experience for end users with unique features such as full two-way feedback including cover art, weather graphics, and dynamic image lists, in addition to high-resolution graphics for the newest generation of iPad. Redefining ease of use, the app displays in both portrait and landscape views by rotating the Apple(R) device, and requires no additional programming. ProPanel supports connection locally via Wi-Fi(TM) and offers remote access via auto-switching Wi-Fi and 3G wireless — providing users with the convenience of control and monitoring from virtually anywhere in the world.
For dealers, the ProPanel app’s auto programming feature provides exceptionally fast and simple setup. Dealers can completely customize the graphical user interface (GUI) to provide their customers with a consistent user experience across all Pro24.z controllers in their systems, including their Apple devices, as well as offer a unique interface designed to set their devices apart.
