On November 22, TV series a€ŠJiao Yulua€‹, the leading Luoyong Wang; Huangmei Opera, Ms. Malan who is in behalf of the Congress of the people, presented a€ŠSweeney Todda€‹. This opera directed by Luoyong Wang, produced by Malan. Relacart was invited to participate in this Conference.
Luoyong Wang is known as “Broadway-Chinese first person,” , is the only United States old show male lead actor in China. Beginning in 1995 starred in plays the male protagonist of the a€ŠMiss Saigona€‹, until 2001, a Broadway actor starred in the leading role for the longest time in history. Mr. Wang flew from China to the United States then flying back to Broadway was to chase the feeling of infatuation of the Arts. Returning back home to China, Mr. Wang hopes that his lifelong expereince can be carry into China opera and making China’s opera industry more flourish.
In fact, our Chinese drama is not inferior to foreign drama in script, forms, the stage show, music style etc, but why foreign drama sell so well all over the world? There are 2 main reasons: first is the promotion strength and this is supported by the team and Chinese media, second is the difference of hardware device. Foreign theatrical world tour will choose world famous audio brand to make devices for every actor’s special use. Each actor has a custom made audio device and they will be using the device through out the world tour. We had try finding well-known enterprises to make exclusive microphone according to the actor’s vocal. But after many debugging, still failed at last because the foreign stuff is always foreign. The Western habits has still retain in certain settings, we tried to look for the domestic first-class enterprise to make exclusive microphone. After all it will be more authentic when Chinese people use Chinese products. “After a long search for the perfect audio device, we have finally found Relacart electronic. It so happened, Relacart and us had met before but we never really introduced ourselves. We met Mr. Zhang when our students were looking for sponsorship; he was very enthusiastically to participate.
