MIAMI—SNA Displays partnered with real estate developer Property Markets Group (PMG) to build a cutting-edge video experience for the sales gallery of the Delano Residences & Hotel in Miami, Florida. When complete, the downtown resort overlooking Biscayne Bay and South Beach will include more than 400 luxury condominiums, but is currently offering a highly immersive virtual tour for prospective buyers.
Designed to showcase both the rich history of the Delano brand and help visitors explore the lifestyle and amenity options on offer, the sales gallery features an integrated array of LED and LCD video solutions from SNA Displays. Every element was designed to enhance the experience and immerse potential buyers in the vision for the luxury development.
The implementation of the video technology throughout the property was made possible through an equipment lease arranged by SNA Displays.
The highlight of the sales center’s video network is the Observation Experience, a room outfitted with LED video on all walls and the floor, capable of fully immersing visitors in content-driven alternate realities. At an instant, visitors can experience various points of view; for example, the inside of an available property, an elevator ride to another floor, the fitness center’s layout, or a bird’s-eye view of Miami.
Each 1.5 mm BRILLIANT™ Interior wall measures approximately 7’9” tall x 14’9” wide (1,512 x 4,500 pixels), minus a 3-foot gap for the entrance. The LED floor, a 2.5 mm BOLD™ Interior display, measures approximately 14’9” x 14’9” (1,800 x 1,800) and uses strong panel casings for a rugged, durable surface for foot traffic.

Elsewhere, a 1.5 mm dvLED “balcony” display is integrated into the wall of an apartment showroom to provide realistic views from multiple vantage points throughout the Delano skyrise so that clients can “see” the city or bay from various property options. The screen measures approximately 10’ tall x 24’7” wide (1,944 x 4,807).
The video network includes a screen in the demonstration center that shows interactive 3D models using photogrammetric city data to show prospective clients what a development will look and feel like before it is complete. Using a tablet controller, clients can explore details such as building renderings, the surrounding area, expected views, amenities, media, and other key project details. The cutting-edge software was created by SmartPixel, a real estate-focused experiential company that creates immersive visualization sales tools. The 1.5 mm sales gallery screen measures 11’ tall x 19’8” wide (2,160 x 3,840).
In the sales center’s reception area, SNA Displays provided an LED video wall cladded in a golden picture-frame border and worked with TSI Touch to integrate a dozen LCD screens of various sizes into the wall in a mosaic pattern.
