Telstra has named Noah Drake to lead the company’s Customer Solutions group for the Americas region. As Vice President, Customer Solutions, Drake will lead a specialized team that works with customers to create value by bringing together the full capabilities of Telstra’s products and services. Based in Denver, Drake will report directly to Nicholas Collins, president and managing director of the Americas for Telstra.
“We are really excited to have Noah join our leadership team at Telstra. With our recent entry into Canada, and the investment we are making in our network, products and further geographic expansion across the region, Noah joins us at a pivotal time to help lead this exciting growth phase,” said Collins.
Telstra has made a number of recent appointments as it looks to launch new capabilities that will support businesses as they continue to adapt to the post-pandemic world. This includes enterprise technology and solutions that complement the digital transformation work underway in organizations to address the fundamental change that is being seen in how and where work is performed across the globe.
“As a great admirer of Telstra – with both an innovative corporate mindset, deep team knowledge and substantial technology resources – I’m delighted to be joining the team,” said Drake. “The opportunity to play a part in helping North American companies access global markets and bring the best of technology to our customers is incredibly exciting.”
“We are here to provide a compelling and distinctive experience for our customers, and a key part of what sets us apart is our people. Customers trust us to support them with their international expansion from North America to other parts of the world, and Noah’s substantial expertise across the market, technology and customers will be a great addition to our team,” continued Collins.
Drake brings close to a decade of experience in the international communications space, specializing in building best-in-class performing teams and aggressively scaling in high growth environments. Most recently Drake was Vice President of Product Management at Boulder (CO.)-based Zayo Group, responsible for the Fiber and Infrastructure portfolio of services. Prior to this role, he served as Sr. Director of Global Reach where he was tasked with launching the company’s new market expansion team.
Drake holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder as well as a Master of Public Administration from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
