Crestron Launches New User Group
Creston has started a new Crestron Owners Group (COG), an organization that it hopes “will bring end users together to optimize their AV and technology experience.” According to company officials, COG will offer end users regular national and regional meetings, plus a Web community where they can share knowledge and learn from each other.
“This is a grassroots effort to ensure that all of our customers, and ultimately our dealers, are fully supported when using Crestron solutions,” said Christina Peterson, a Crestron regional manager, in a statement.
COG is an independent end-user organization designed to open dialogue and interaction between professionals at any institution using Crestron control systems. In addition to knowledge sharing, members will be able to provide input for the development of new products and technologies and gain publicity for their own projects and organizations.
