Tandberg has recently changed its certification offerings. In addition to many classes on specific products, Tandberg offers two certification training courses. Level 1 Partner Boot Camp covers all of the basic terminology and technology associated with Tandberg VTC products. The course covers installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting of C-series endpoints, VCS, and TMS. It is aimed at entry-level engineers and is a five-day course with a cost of $3,200. The Tandberg Level 1 Certification exam is administered locally by Pearson Vue.
Level 2 Partner Boot Camp is aimed at advanced engineers. It covers key benefits, positioning information, and demonstrations of the Tandberg Solution of products as well as MCUs, provisioning, and advanced fault finding. The cost of Level 2 Partner Boot Camp is $3,200. The exam is administered locally by Pearson Vue. Tandberg partners can register and find more information on classes at www.tandbergpartners.com.
