The incorporation of Meyer Sound’s new ASTRYA cinema screen channel loudspeakers and a 33-channel theatrical Dolby Atmos system has elevated the venue to a world-class screening room, complemented by a Constellation acoustic system, which transforms a room’s acoustic signature at the push of a button. Milan integration and support for the Spacemap Go spatial sound design and mixing tool reflect Meyer’s twenty-year commitment to keep the Pearson cutting edge. The 1500 square foot, 55-seat venue has seen every seminal Meyer technology within its unique acoustical walls. For this most recent upgrade, it was the new ASTRYA-140 cinema screen channel loudspeakers supported by a new audio-over-IP distribution backbone, moving the Pearson into its next chapter as an immersive DCI-compliant space.
