Projectavision changes name

Projectavision has changed its name to Vidikron Technologies Group,reflecting the transaction that combined Vidikron and Projectavision. Inconnection with the name change, the company’s permanent trading symbolwill also be changed from PJTV to VIDI. The board of directors alsoappointed four new independent directors: E. Bruce Fredrikson, professor offinance, Syracuse University School of Management; Claudio Gauzzoni,managing partner, Zanet Merchant Bankers; Phillip Siegel, independentbusiness consultant and Tomaso Barbini, vice chairman of Rothschild Italia.
