“World’s first luxury theme park” announces soft opening

Limited availability to the park grounds begins October 27

BON, an upcoming theme park from the luxury entertainment and hospitality brand VidantaWorld, has announced a “soft opening” date before its 2027 opening. Describing itself as the world’s “first luxury theme park,” BON guests will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to experience the park beginning October 24, with limited availability.

The result of an approximately $1.5 billion investment, BON–short for “beauty of nature”– inhabits part of the 2,400 acre VidantaWorld Vallarta–Nuevo Nayarit resort. The park will feature over 20 attractions across seven themed worlds, from thrill rides to fully immersive experiences.

During the soft opening, five of the seven worlds will be open to visitors: Laguna Feliz, Celebration Lagoon, Crystal Star Plaza, Discovery Jungle, and Adventure Valley.

“In Discovery Jungle, riders feel the rush of flying suspended beneath the rail aboard The Rise of Soluma, which carries its train along 372 meters of track, reaching 20 meters in height and speeds of 54 km/h,” says VidantaWorld. “In Laguna Feliz, Floresta Drop sends riders soaring 40 meters above the treeline before a breathtaking plunge.”

Additionally, BON will host its own Cirque du Soleil residency. Featuring over 40 artists, Cirque du Soleil LUDÕ is described as “an integral part of the theme park.”

“To bring its attractions to life, BON assembled a roster of the most respected names in global ride engineering, the same industry leaders behind landmark attractions at the world’s most celebrated theme parks,” says VidantaWorld. “They include Vekoma (Netherlands), creator of The Rise of Soluma; Intamin (Liechtenstein), behind Floresta Drop; Mack Rides and Zierer (Germany); Zamperla (Italy); Walltopia (Bulgaria); Aerophile (France); and Brogent (Taiwan).”
