URC Introduces New Bond Bridge Pro Integration for Total Control

URC’s just released integration with Bond allows dealers and users to control Bond-enabled motorized window coverings, ceiling fans, gas fireplaces, and outdoor comfort devices directly within the Total Control ecosystem—eliminating the need for multiple apps or complex programming.

HARRISON, NY (January 20, 2026)URC, a global leader in smart residential and commercial automation, announced the release of a new integration developed by URC that connects its award-winning Total Control platform with the Bond Bridge Pro by Bond, from Olibra LLC.

This new integration, created by URC’s engineering team, allows dealers and users to control Bond-enabled motorized window coverings, ceiling fans, gas fireplaces, and outdoor comfort devices directly within the Total Control ecosystem—eliminating the need for multiple apps or complex programming.

Developed by URC for Seamless Control

The URC-created Bond integration uses the Bond Bridge Pro’s RF-to-WiFi technology  to extend Total Control’s reach to hundreds of popular RF-controlled devices. Created for the CEDIA / home automation segment, the Bond Bridge Pro gateway brings intuitive, consolidated control to popular motorized window shade, awning, and pergola brands that serve the custom residential, commercial, and window coverings channels.

Installers can now include these types of Bond-supported products in URC scenes, schedules, and automation routines through a single unified interface. From adjusting ceiling fans and lowering shades to powering fireplaces and outdoor lighting, users can combine Bond controlled devices with URC’s lighting, climate, and audio systems for cohesive, one-touch or voice-driven experiences.

“URC developed this integration to give our dealers a simple and powerful way to expand into Bond’s ecosystem,” said Lars Granoe, Vice President of Product Development at URC. “It’s a direct response to dealer feedback—delivering seamless control, faster installation, and broader compatibility across the home.”

Expanding the Total Control Automation Engine

The Bond integration is part of URC’s growing Automation Engine initiative, which focuses on adaptive intelligence, pre-programmed modules, and AI-assisted automation. By designing this integration internally, URC ensures deep compatibility, improved reliability, and consistent interface behavior across all Total Control devices.

“URC’s new integration reflects a shared vision of simplifying smart home control,” said Zohar Shinar, CEO and Founder of Bond. “Total Control’s automation and design flexibility becomes even more powerful when combined with Bond’s platform.”

Smarter, Unified Living

Through the new integration, dealers can include Bond devices in custom Total Control scenes—for example, activating a “Morning Routine” that raises shades, adjusts lights, and starts ceiling fans, or a “Good Night” scene that lowers blinds and turns off outdoor systems.

This update enhances Total Control’s position as one of the most flexible and integrated automation platforms available, supporting both wired and wireless technologies through an expanding library of URC-developed modules.
