ICIA announced its three keynote speakers for INFOCOMMInternational at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas,Nevada, June 13-15. The keynote addresses are scheduled to be heldin the Venetian Hotel ballroom.

On the opening day, after the announcement of the LifetimeAchievement Award, the first keynote — Trends Shaping theFuture Markets of ICIA’s Members, by Forbes Group senior VP,Richard O’Sullivan — will take place from noon until 1:30.O’Sullivan will evaluate the changing needs for users of A/Vcommunications technologies to help manufacturers, distributors anddealers become more proactive.

The second keynote address — Customers asPartners — will be presented at noon on Thursday, June14, by Chip Bell, senior partner, Performance Research AssociatesInc. Bell’s consulting practice focuses on helping organizationsbuild a culture that supports long-term customer loyalty.

Facing the Convergence of A/V and IT is the thirdkeynote, happening on Friday, June 15, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Thiskeynote will be led by a panel of leading IT companies moderated byJoel R. Rollins, CTS-R, resident visionary of Riverview SystemsGroup. “The advent of digital technology has changed foreverthe media we use, the products we sell and our businesspractices,” said Randal A.
