Larry Smith Joins ICIA Staff

Larry Smith has joined ICIA as the director of workforce development. He will assist ICIA’s members in addressing their short- and long-term strategies for recruiting qualified professionals for their companies. He will also be responsible for managing and developing ICIA’s national and international workforce development initiatives.
“We couldn’t be more excited about Larry joining ICIA,” said Spencer Bullins, president of ICIA and vice president of Long Communications Group. “His vast experience and professionalism bring us the tools needed to assist in educating and recruiting qualified candidates to our ever-growing industry.”
