WATCH: Modular multitool lets you pick exactly what you need for the job

Build-your-own multitool

Roxon has released a new multitool that includes exactly what you want, and nothing you don’t. The Roxon Flex is a modular multitool that begins as a stainless steel body, and the rest is up to you. The body consists of two arms and a pair of pliers, and each additional tool is selected by the consumer upon ordering. Each of the two arms contains five slots for tools, and while most available tools only take up one slot, some take up more.

Current tools available for the Roxon Flex include wrenches, blades, scissors, flint, magnetic bit driver, bottle opener, can opener, and more. There are currently over 30 tools offered, and Roxon has stated that they are developing more for future release. Each tool locks in place when in use, and the entire body folds tight when it’s time to be put away.

The Roxon Flex is available now, with the body retailing at $40 and each tool costing between $3 and $8.
